From inbound sales, customer support to course creation, marketing, & business operations—I’ve done it all.

My Journey


I began my career as a Primary School Teacher, where I honed my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills This foundation gave me the confidence to transition into the corporate world.
My next step was as a Business Development Associate for a UAE-based trading company, where I mastered inbound / outbound sales, client relations, & documentation. I also gained hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and Zoho, helping increase client retention.
With a growing passion for startups, I moved into a Business Manager role at SkillCat, a US-based EdTech startup. Leading a team of 5 & managed sales processes, team performance, and client success, contributing to a 12% increase in deal closures through process optimization and data-driven insights.
My journey then led me to Xoxoday, where I sharpened my analytical expertise as a Sales Analyst & Operations Associate, identifying growth opportunities through data analysis and process automation. I streamlined workflows, reducing manual effort and improving response times.
Currently, I’m a Consultant Operations & Business lead at LearnToDrill, a US-based startup, where I lead customer support, sales processes, and instructional design.
One of my biggest achievements was creating a 40-hour technical training course using Claro, Moodle, & more which led to a 15% boost in course enrolment & revenue.
Alongside my role, I collaborate with clients on operations, business management, and digital solutions.
